Agartala (Tripura), July 4 - In a significant step to improve regional connectivity, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha officially launched the Agartala-Karimganj MEMU train service on Saturday. The inaugural ceremony took place at the Agartala Railway Station, marking a major milestone for daily commuters who regularly traverse the route between Tripura and Assam.

The new daily train service is expected to greatly benefit a myriad of passengers, including office-goers, traders, and businesspersons, who often travel for work and commerce.
