Jammu, Jul 4: A swift response by the Jammu and Kashmir Police along with the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) led to the successful rescue of four boys who found themselves in peril while bathing in the River Tawi. According to police officials, the alarming situation arose when the water level in the river suddenly surged, leaving the boys stranded. The alert was raised through the Police Control Room, which immediately informed the SDRF team to mobilize for the rescue. Officers from the Police Station Pacca Danga, including the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of City North, quickly rushed to the scene.
