In collaboration with Marriott International, the group is set to introduce the W Hotels brand to the National Capital Region (NCR), marking a significant expansion of its business portfolio.

The upcoming hotel is strategically positioned near the Indira Gandhi International Airport, a prime location that is expected to attract both business travelers and leisure visitors. The project is set to feature 200 opulent rooms and is estimated to require an investment of approximately Rs. 400 crore.

Scheduled to open in the second half of 2027, the new W Hotels property will be located close to Aerocity, an area recognized for its vibrant hospitality scene. This region has rapidly become a key destination for travelers due to its proximity to major corporate offices and entertainment venues.
