He specifically named former General Secretary Champat Rai, administrator Gopal Rao, and former Trustee Anil Mishra as potential suspects in an alleged embezzlement scheme involving donations meant for the revered temple.

During an interview with ANI on July 3, Katiyar made serious allegations of financial irregularities, stating, "It's clear that money has been siphoned off." His statements come amid growing concerns over the transparency of financial management within the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which oversees the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
